                  Application to the Magistrate:<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0A complaint must be filed to the Magistrate seeking one or more reliefs under the Act. This can be done by the aggrieved person or the Protection Officer, or any other person on behalf of the aggrieved person.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                  Consideration of DIR:<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0The Magistrate will review the Domestic Incident Report (DIR) before passing any order.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n
