These articles aim to protect vulnerable populations from various forms of exploitation, ensuring a society where human beings are not treated as mere commodities.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ng-star-inserted\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">Article 23: Prohibition of Traffic in Human Beings and Forced Labour<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"ng-star-inserted\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">Article 23 is a powerful provision that prohibits two significant forms of exploitation:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ng-star-inserted\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li class=\"ng-star-inserted\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><strong class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">Traffic in Human Beings:<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">\u00a0This clause prohibits the buying and selling of human beings, similar to the trade of goods.
