ADR:<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">\u00a0Generate awareness about the benefits of ADR mechanisms like Lok Adalats.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"ng-star-inserted\">\n<p class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><strong class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">Assisting in Public Utility Disputes:<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">\u00a0Help resolve disputes related to public utility services.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"ng-star-inserted\">\n<p class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><strong class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">Maintaining Records:<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">\u00a0Maintain a diary of daily activities and submit monthly reports.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"ng-star-inserted\">Successful PLVs are given identity cards bearing the emblem of the DLSA.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"ng-star-inserted\">\n<p class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">The card includes the PLV&#8217;s name, address, contact number, photograph, and validity period.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"ng-star-inserted\">\n<p class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">The card is for identification purposes only and cannot be used for availing travel concessions or government benefits.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"ng-star-inserted\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">Validity of Identity Cards:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ng-star-inserted\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li class=\"ng-star-inserted\">\n<p class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">Identity cards are valid for one year and can be renewed if the DLSA Chairman deems the PLV eligible.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"ng-star-inserted\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">Mentors for PLVs:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ng-star-inserted\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li class=\"ng-star-inserted\">\n<p class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">DLSAs and TLSCs maintain a panel of mentors to guide and assist PLVs.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"ng-star-inserted\">\n<p class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">One mentor is assigned to a group of not more than ten PLVs.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"ng-star-inserted\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">Monthly Reports:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ng-star-inserted\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li class=\"ng-star-inserted\">\n<p class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">DLSAs submit monthly reports on PLV activities to the SALSAs.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"ng-star-inserted\">\n<p class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">SALSAs submit consolidated district-wise reports to NALSA.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"ng-star-inserted\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">Honorarium:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ng-star-inserted\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li class=\"ng-star-inserted\">\n<p class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">PLVs receive a fixed honorarium for their services, which is not a salary or wage.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"ng-star-inserted\">\n<p class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">The honorarium is determined by the SALSA in consultation with NALSA.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"ng-star-inserted\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">Disqualifications and Removal:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"ng-star-inserted\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">PLVs can be disqualified and removed if they:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ng-star-inserted\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li class=\"ng-star-inserted\">\n<p class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">Fail to show interest in the scheme.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"ng-star-inserted\">\n<p class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">Are adjudged insolvent.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"ng-star-inserted\">\n<p class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">Are accused of an offense.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"ng-star-inserted\">\n<p class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">Become physically or mentally incapable of acting as PLVs.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"ng-star-inserted\">\n<p class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">Abuse their position or engage in misconduct.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li
