This includes oil companies, gas distributors, and other related entities.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ng-star-inserted\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">Penalties\/Punishments:<\/span><\/strong><br class=\"ng-star-inserted\" \/><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">The Act prescribes penalties for non-compliance with its provisions and the directions of the Board. class=\"ng-star-inserted\">\n<p class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">Other penalties as may be prescribed by rules made under the Act.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"ng-star-inserted\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">Important Pointers:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ng-star-inserted\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li class=\"ng-star-inserted\">\n<p class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">The Act establishes the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board
