Contributions:<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">\u00a0State governments, voluntary organizations, or individuals can contribute to the cost of a stove or first refill, but this must be under the PMUY umbrella, without any other scheme name or tagline.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"ng-star-inserted\">\n<p class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><strong class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">Melas:<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">\u00a0OMCs organize &#8216;Melas&#8217; at various locations to release connections to BPL families, often with the presence of public representatives.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"ng-star-inserted\">\n<p class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><strong class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><span
